Tuna or salmon fudge

 

2- 6oz cans of tuna or 1 14oz can of salmon 

1 ½ cups flour

1 tbl garlic powder

2 eggs

1 tbl parsley

 

Preheat oven 350

 

Process tuna or salmon garlic parsley and eggs in food processor or blender or you can just mix with a spoon or Wisk.  Add flour and mix to a brownie like consistency.

Spread into a 9 x9 greased pan.

Bake for 20 minutes

Brownies are done when they pull away from the sides of the pan
